Great to meet you!

I graduated from IU Bloomington in 2017 and have been dedicated to helping folx discover what helps them thrive. As someone with my own lived experiences, I understand how difficult it can be to take that vulnerable first step into therapy—so I want to acknowledge and thank you for being here.

I work with adults (18+) in both individual and couples therapy. I have extensive experience supporting a range of clients, with a particular focus on those in the LGBTQI+ community and individuals engaged in ethical non-monogamy (ENM), while remaining open and affirming to all.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is centered on meeting you where you are and creating a space where you feel safe and comfortable. Together, we’ll develop a plan that reflects your needs and supports your mental wellness goals.

Your unique story guides our work, and we’ll maintain open, honest communication so you feel respected and supported at your own pace. As your therapist, I aim to listen with care while also gently challenging you to support your growth and help you move toward what matters most to you.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll gently begin exploring what brings you in and what you’re hoping to get out of therapy. Together, we’ll identify goals that feel meaningful and aligned with your overall well-being. You’ll have the space to share your story at your own pace—there’s no pressure to have everything figured out right away.

Starting therapy can feel overwhelming, and that’s completely okay. My goal is to create a safe, supportive environment where you feel heard, respected, and comfortable moving forward in a way that feels right for you. We’ll take things step by step, working together toward the goals that matter most to you.
