Great to meet you!

I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor in Colorado with a background as a healthcare worker and military service member — so I understand firsthand the weight those experiences can carry. I specialize in working with trauma survivors, healthcare workers, and military members, and I'm passionate about helping people find freedom from trauma being their whole story. Outside the therapy room, I'm a maker and a creator, deeply family-oriented, and I bring that same warmth and groundedness into my work with every client.

My approach to therapy

My approach is values- and feelings-oriented — I believe healing happens when we create genuine safety to feel and move through what we're carrying, not just talk around it. I can't do the work for you, but I'm fully committed to going on that journey with you. Together, we'll build tools for navigating discomfort rather than avoiding it, so you can let go of the baggage you've been holding and develop real, long-term resilience to live a life you feel good about living.

What you can expect from me

My goal in our first session is to get to know you as a whole person — your story, your values, and whatever you want me to know about you. We'll start building the trust and safety that makes deeper sharing possible over time. You own your healing and processing journey; I'm here to walk alongside you and help you find your way through it.
