Great to meet you!

I am a licensed professional counselor in the states of CT and TX and a licensed mental health counselor with diagnostic privilege in the state of NY. I graduated in 2009 with a Masters in Mental Health Counseling from Marist College (now Marist University). I have over 15 years of experience working with anxiety, depression and trauma. I have experience working with all ages but am currently focusing on 18+. I am trauma informed and work with individuals and couples.

My approach to therapy

I believe in a collaborative approach and tailor therapy to each individual or couple. I provide a safe, supportive and nonjudgemental space in which one can explore and process anything that is currently impacting their life and will provide a space in which they can learn and practice coping skills that can help one navigate life in a way that feels more manageable.

What you can expect from me

In the first session we will begin to discuss anything that is currently impacting your life whether that be something from your past or present. Together we will discuss a path forward that will help make life feel more manageable.
