Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) with a passion for helping teens and young adults feel empowered, understood, and supported. I earned my degree from Bridgewater State University and have spent the last five years working in school settings, with an additional year of experience in outpatient therapy supporting both adolescents and adults one-on-one.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, funny, and goal-oriented. I know therapy can feel intimidating at first, so I work hard to create a space where you can feel safe to show up exactly as you are. We’ll collaborate to define what you want to get out of therapy, and then break those goals into small, meaningful, and achievable steps.

I draw from a blend of evidence-based practices including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care. Whether you're navigating anxiety, ADHD, identity exploration, or just feeling stuck—I’m here to help you move forward with confidence and clarity.

What you can expect from me

No matter how big or small your goals may feel right now, I believe you deserve support that helps you build the life you want. At the heart of my work is deep empathy and a commitment to showing up without judgment.
