Great to meet you!

I have over 9 years of experience working with individuals presenting with a variety of concerns. Although I have extensive experience working with a variety of concerns, I specialize in anxiety, eating disorders, and trauma. The majority of my experience has been with teens and adults.

My approach to therapy

You might be feeling overwhelmed, anxious, stuck, or not like yourself — and that can feel isolating. But struggling doesn’t mean you’re broken. It means you’re human. As a therapist, I work with people facing anxiety, trauma, eating disorders, and in general, the stress of trying to keep it all together. My approach is warm and collaborative, grounded in empathy, trust, and authenticity.

What you can expect from me

Together, we’ll work to understand what’s getting in the way of you feeling your best — whether it’s past experiences, anxious thoughts, or patterns that no longer serve you. Whether you’re new to therapy or returning, I offer a safe, non-judgmental space to help you make sense of what you’re experiencing and support you in building the life you deserve — one that feels more aligned with who you truly are. I believe the relationship between client and therapist is key to meaningful progress — and that starts with feeling seen, heard, and safe. If you’re ready to take the next step — or even if you’re just curious about starting therapy, contact me for a free 15–20 minute phone consultation, so we can connect and see if it feels like a good fit!
