Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with more than 14 years of experience in the mental health field — including inpatient psychiatric, community mental health, and outpatient private practice. While I have held my LCSW license since 2024, my clinical journey began long before that. As a wife and mother of four, I understand firsthand how much the demands of everyday life can weigh on us.

I earned my MSW from Rutgers University, my BA in Psychology from Rowan University, and hold a Certificate in Violence Against Women and Children from Rutgers - training that deepens my understanding of relational trauma and the complex ways hurt shows up in individual lives.

I specialize in anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, relationship challenges, and personal growth.

Whether processing a painful experience, navigating a major life change, or feeling stuck, I am here to help you find your way forward. My approach is warm and structured. You will feel supported and gently challenged as needed. I draw from EFT, CBT, and strengths-based methods to create lasting change.

Advanced training includes Gottman Level 3, Certified Affair Recovery Specialist, EFT Level 1, and Prepare/Enrich Certified Facilitator. Faith-informed care available.

Serving clients throughout New Jersey via telehealth and in-person in Haddon Township. I would be honored to support you!

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, supportive, and collaborative, with a gentle challenge when growth calls for it. I believe deeply in meeting clients exactly where they are, without judgment, and creating a space where they feel truly seen and heard.

I operate from a foundation of unconditional positive regard, meaning you will never feel evaluated or criticized in our work together. Whatever you bring into the room is welcome.

At the same time, I believe that real healing requires us to go beneath the surface. I am comfortable sitting with deep, difficult emotions and helping clients process experiences that may have felt too heavy to carry alone.

My goal is not just to help you feel better in the moment but to help you understand yourself more deeply and build the tools to navigate life with greater clarity, resilience, and connection.

You will find our sessions to be honest, purposeful, and grounded in genuine care for your wellbeing.

What you can expect from me

The first session is simply a chance for us to get to know each other. I recognize that it takes a lot of courage to take that first step and I want you to know that reaching out is something to be proud of.

I'll take time to understand your story, what brought you here, and what you're hoping for. There's no pressure to have it all figured out before we begin.

Most clients leave the first session surprised by how much better they feel, not because anything has changed yet, but because being truly heard has a power all its own.

That's all I hope for you too- that you leave our first session feeling like this was worth it. with a plan and a path forward.
