Great to meet you!

I have worked in a myriad of jobs, including theatre, as an EMT, and in an emergency room, before earning my graduate degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Southern New Hampshire University. I enjoy creative approaches, including narrative therapy, and art therapy, as well as CBT, DBT and client-focused therapy.

My approach to therapy

My experience has allowed me to be non-judgmental, adaptable and collaborative. A session with me will not be a one-way conversation; I am direct, encouraging, and will believe in you from the first session. I primarily specialize in depression, anxiety, PTSD, ADHD, trauma, and BPD. I work with a diverse population, including LGBTQIA+, women, men, and any age, including children

What you can expect from me

You are taking the brave first step to start therapy, and I hope to hold a space for you to process and heal. I am also here to give you tools and skills that work for you, to create building blocks that you can use for the rest of your life. The path forward may not be clear yet, but we can work together to find your way through.
