Great to meet you!

Greetings! Thank you for being here! My background as a therapist is rooted in my military background, lived experiences, and my work in the nonprofit field in Texas. My graduate degree is from St. Edward's University, and I have specialized training in Trust Based Relational Interventions (TBRI).

A bit about my approach to therapy

I practice therapy from a trauma-informed, cultural-relational model. My experience includes working with veterans, LGBTQ+folks, teens and kiddos & survivors of trauma. I am client centered, nonjudgmental, and approach therapy from a relational lens, utilizing attachment, interpersonal neurobiology, and somatic embodiment.

What you can expect from our first session

Clients can expect a place to share your story, feel supportive, gain internal resources and access to themselves and working to enhance their internal wisdom.
