Great to meet you!

I work with adults who are tired of feeling stuck — whether that's stuck in anxiety that won't quiet down, in grief that doesn't seem to lift, in patterns from old relationships that keep showing up in new ones, or in a version of themselves they're ready to leave behind. Many of my clients are women navigating trauma, postpartum struggles, or the slow erosion of self that can come from years of putting everyone else first. I've been doing this work for six years, and what drives me is helping people find the parts of themselves they thought they'd lost — not through forcing insight, but through actually feeling safe enough to look.

My approach to therapy

I practice trauma-informed, somatic, and attachment-based therapy — which means I pay attention to what's happening in your body and your relationships, not just your thoughts. I don't believe in a one-size-fits-all approach, because the experiences that brought you here are specific to you. For some clients, we spend time understanding how early relationships shaped current patterns. For others, we work somatically — tracking what's held in the body. For couples, I help partners move out of cycles and into actual understanding. What stays constant is that we move at your pace, and I take my lead from you.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a conversation, not an intake form come to life. I want to know what's been heaviest for you lately — and also what's made you consider coming in now. We'll talk about what you're hoping feels different, and I'll share honestly what working together might look like. There's no pressure to disclose more than you're ready to. Some clients leave their first session feeling relieved; some leave feeling uncertain — both are completely normal. What I can promise is that you'll feel heard, and that I won't rush you toward any particular destination. We'll figure out the path together.
