Great to meet you!

As humans, I believe we are all imperfectly perfect works in progress. With the presence of adversity, crisis, and traumas, it can often feel like one is a mere observer, rather than active participant in their own life. If you are reading this though, you have hope that this is not how it has to, or always will be.

A bit about my approach to therapy

The therapeutic process is unique and sacred to each individual. My role as a therapist is to facilitate and assist you in your healing, growth and empowerment that occurs with increased self-awareness and acceptance. As a social worker, I also will encourage consideration of how your environment both can and cannot support these changes.

What you can expect from our first session

I utilize both client-centered and solution-focused approaches, along with evidenced based treatments. I also merge my passions for art and creativity with mental health and holistic wellness into my practice with individuals and groups across the lifespan.
