Great to meet you!

Are you struggling to set boundaries in your relationships?

Do you feel like the same unhealthy relationship patterns keep showing up?

Does it feel as if you lost a connection with yourself because of a relationship?

If this sounds familiar and you are looking to gain insight into these concepts surrounding aspects of all your relationships, we will be a great team!

A bit about my approach to therapy

I have over eight years of experience in helping others uncover codependent traits and achieve successful interpersonal relationships. In practice, I focus on systems and psychodynamic theory approaches. My training is in motivational interviewing, cognitive behavioral, and trauma informed care. I have specialized training in Parenting, Toddler and Pre-school best practices. I am a 500-HR certified yoga instructor which allows me to incorporate a holistic and calming approach to treatment.

What you can expect from our first session

It takes a great deal of courage to reach out for help and start the personal journey towards healing. My goal in practice is to enable my clients to build resilience and strength by creating a safe environment. Helping someone find the skills on their journey to authentic fulfillment is why I love what I do. I am proud to be a part of Grace Street Counseling because to me Grace means giving patience, balance, and forgiveness in life.
