Great to meet you!

I'm a therapist who genuinely believes in the resilience and capacity for growth within every person. Throughout my work, I've had the privilege of supporting clients of all ages, backgrounds, and life experiences. From children learning to navigate big emotions, to adolescents finding their identity, young adults entering independents, to adults managing relationships, career stress, trauma, or life transitions, I approach each individual with curiosity, respect, and compassion. I deeply respect the courage it takes to seek therapy. Clients who come in ready to engage, even when they feel uncertain or vulnerable, inspire me daily.

My approach to therapy

I view therapy as a collaborative process built on trust, openness, and shared commitment. When clients place their trust in me and in the therapeutic process, it becomes possible to explore challenges honestly, develop new coping strategies, and move toward meaningful change.

My approach is warm, nonjudgmental, and client-centered. I meet you where you are with the goal is to empower, better understand yourself, build resilience and create lives that feel aligned with their values and goals.

What you can expect from me

In an initial therapy session you can expect a welcoming and supportive space where your comfort and safety come first. We will begin by exploring confidentiality and what therapy might look like moving forward. You’ll be invited to share what brings you in, asking gentle questions to understand your current concerns, background, and goals—at a pace that feels manageable for you. There’s no pressure to tell your whole story right away; the first session is often about building trust, clarifying what you hope to gain, and beginning a collaborative plan tailored to your needs.
