Great to meet you!

I'm Caitlin. I love working with people, and have been a social worker since 2004. I got my clinical social work license in 2013, and my PhD in 2025. I teach human services in addition to facilitating therapy in my private practice. I'm looking forward to getting to know you!

My approach to therapy

I am friendly, warm and collaborative. In my experience, having a good relationship with your therapist is the best way to make progress. Once you feel comfortable and have set some goals, we will work together to identify strategies to help improve your day to day life.

I utilize an integrative, strengths-based approach and will incorporate strategies from CBT, DBT, narrative therapy and other evidence based approaches based on your needs and comfort level.

What you can expect from me

In the first session, I will answer any questions you have about the process and my practice. I will ask you about your concerns and/or goals for therapy, as well as what previous experiences you've had with therapy and what you are looking for in a therapist. Provided that you feel comfortable with me, we will figure out initial steps in moving forward.
