I have over 12 years of experience working with clients in different settings. I have over 10 years of experience working with folks struggling with disordered eating and have extensive training in this field. I also work in the areas of perinatal mental health, mood disorders, and trauma.

My approach to therapy

I enjoy working with my client to help them feel safe, comfortable and supported. While utilizing specific approaches for each clients individual needs. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Internal Family Systems/Parts Work, and Motivational Interviewing

Starting therapy can be so difficult, and setting up an intake can often be the hardest step. I will acknowledge that, while spending time building rapport. We will work together to get to know each other and identify specific goals that you would like to focus on. Therapy is all about you!
