Great to meet you!

Welcome! I am a compassionate LCSW with over 10 years of experience providing clinical care and support to children, adolescents, and adults in New Jersey. I have experience in a variety of settings including residential treatment, partial-hospitalization, as well as special education and public schools. I strive to foster a warm and empowering environment for you to feel comfortable sharing your story. We will work together to set realistic goals and begin to tackle whatever challenges you may be facing.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and non-judgmental. I believe in a strengths-based approach, and utilize a variety of modalities including cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and dialectical behavior therapy. Above all, I aim to develop a trusting relationship built on safety, respect, and a little humor when needed.

What you can expect from me

I believe that anyone can reach their goals and achieve the growth they are looking for if they have the right support along the way. I strive to be the friendly voice of encouragement with you on your journey towards wellness. I promise to cheer you on throughout this process and challenge you gently when needed. I look forward to connecting soon!
