Great to meet you!

Hi there! My name is Caitlin and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 14 years of experience in the mental health field. I am here to offer help through a therapeutic lens for many of life’s difficult and dark times. I have a passion for helping others through difficult times in life, as I know what it is like to walk hard paths at times. As

Over the last 14 years, I have worked with children, teens, and adults in a scope from serious mental health diagnoses, behavioral concerns, substance abuse, trauma, grief, and so much more. I have worked in settings ranging from hospitals, schools, insurance companies and private practice offices, as well as telehealth. I understand how difficult and intimidating making the decision to seek therapy can be, and I strongly believe that if you can develop a relationship with a therapist based on trust and rapport, then a really beautiful resource can bloom that can allow you or your child to start to develop the needed therapeutic tools to put in your “toolbox”.

My approach to therapy

As a therapist, I value a person-centered therapeutic approach. I think it is important as a therapist to show grace, compassion, empathy and support my clients of all ages, while also asking those hard and difficult questions to challenge you in a therapeutic manner and encourage growth. I believe that in this journey of life, we can all benefit from having an advocate in our corner and an unbiased ear to listen to us.

What you can expect from me

In preparing for our first session, the biggest thing to think about is - "why now?" We will spend our hour together getting to know each other and starting on a journey of trust.
