Great to meet you!

People find healing when they feel heard. That is my goal in sitting with clients - to move towards healing by hearing your stories, strifes, and successes. My hope is to join my clients in achieving meaningful and deep healing, identifying resources for continued growth, and developing secure attachments in relationships. I am passionate about working with individuals and families who are processing life transitions, identity, relationship issues, trauma, grief and loss, and mood disorders.

My approach to therapy

My approach to the therapeutic process is relational, collaborative, and leaned-in. I’m not simply curious about what you want to experience less of (helplessness, anger, emptiness), I also hope to discover what you want to see more of (gratitude, joy, hope). I am dedicated to making the human experience both constructive and meaningful for my clients by creating a warm therapeutic environment in which you can experience growth, empowerment, and support.

What you can expect from me

I believe that the capacity for resilience is inherent in all of us, and that you are much more capable and complex than just the symptoms or systems that brought you here. Throughout the therapeutic process, you can expect for there to be some shifts in how you are viewing yourself, how others might experience you, and how you might experience your roles in relationships. This can feel exciting and challenging.
