Great to meet you!

I am professionally trained in neurosequential models of stress and trauma on the brain and body, especially on developing brains. My professional experience includes over 10 years of supporting youth, young adults, and older clients through various mental health/educational settings.

My approach to therapy

I operate from the belief that we all have a unique lived experience. With you as my guide, I love working from a client-centered, solution-focused lens of support. Using techniques that challenge thinking and behavioral patterns, we will form a plan to encourage you to create your own hope and begin to trust in your journey; building self confidence in your ability to thrive.

What you can expect from me

Together, we'll build on your strengths while leaving space for growth. This is your ship! I want you to feel like we are a team in your healing. You can expect a space free of judgment, motivational interviewing and existential prompts to guide thoughts towards future-thinking, with gentle challenges to progress forward. We will consistently work together to align our time together and homework techniques towards your unique therapy goals.
