Great to meet you!

Welcome! I am a licensed clinical social worker with over 10 yrs of experience helping people like you. Throughout my career I have provided individual, group, family, and couples’ therapy for children and adults in Residential, Outpatient Community Mental Health, Private Practice, and School-Based settings. I have extensive experience in the treatment of anxiety disorders, mood disorders, trauma disorders, personality disorders, and parent-child relational issues.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I describe my therapy style as client centered, strengths based, and integrative with a trauma informed approach. I find it is most beneficial to incorporate many different therapeutic paradigms with an emphasis on meeting the client where they are.

What you can expect from our first session

I understand that entering therapy can feel overwhelming at first. In my work with clients, I strive to provide a safe, collaborative, judgment-free environment for individuals to gain support in navigating life's ups and downs. I look forward to meeting you!
