Great to meet you!

I hold a master’s degree in counseling and have a professional background working with individuals navigating anxiety, mood disorders, trauma, and life transitions. I specialize in supporting adults and justice-involved populations using a collaborative, strengths-based approach that prioritizes safety, growth, and real-life coping skills.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, client-centered, and strengths-based, with an emphasis on creating a safe and nonjudgmental space. I integrate evidence-based techniques tailored to each client’s needs while focusing on practical coping skills, insight-building, and long-term growth.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect the first session to focus on getting to know one another, discussing current concerns, and beginning to identify meaningful goals for therapy. We will also explore family and life influences to better understand patterns and strengths, while starting to shape a treatment plan tailored to the client’s unique needs and priorities.
