Great to meet you!

You've probably tried talking about it. And talking helped, until it didn't.

Maybe you think deeply, feel everything intensely and still can't figure out why you keep ending up in the same patterns. You don't want another list of coping skills. You want to actually get yourself and understand where these patterns came from, why they stick, and how to finally move differently.

That's the work I am so passionate about.

I'm Caitlin! Therapist, art therapist, and someone who knows what it's like to carry a lot. Anxiety, self-doubt, patterns inherited from people who came before you, a creative inner world that doesn't always fit neatly into everyday life. I didn't just study this, I've lived it.

My approach to therapy

I work with teens and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, identity exploration and relationships - but what connects most of my clients is a desire to actually know themselves. To stop managing symptoms and start understanding where they come from.

I specialize in Transpersonal Art Therapy, CBT, DBT, and trauma-informed care. In our work together, I use talk therapy and art therapy side by side — because some things can't be said out loud and creativity has a way of getting places words can’t.

My style is warm but direct. I'll meet you with compassion and be super direct when it matters.

What you can expect from me

I work best with individuals who are curious, self-aware and open to engaging in deep therapeutic work. Together, we can explore all of who you are and what has shaped your experiences, while building tools you can carry into your daily life.
