A bit about my approach to therapy

Utilizing my expertise, sense of humor and empathic nature, I’m ready to join you in this journey of growth and self-development. My goal is to integrate multiple approaches to therapy to create a treatment plan that is tailored to your culture, mindset and individual needs.

What you can expect from our first session

I come from a teaching background, and it is this experience that drives me to empower my clients by demystifying the therapeutic process.
