Great to meet you!

I'm a dedicated LCSW with nearly 10+ years of experience primarily working with adolescents in school-based settings, though I'm passionate about working with people from all ages and backgrounds. The bulk of my education and training is with expressive arts and play therapy, and have training working with those experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma, and grief.

My approach to therapy

I use a person-centered and strengths-based approach to therapy. I believe that each person is the expert of their own lives, and so my goal in therapy is always to help people reach their goals while affirming and empowering their strengths and capabilities. I strive to join with each person to help uncover what it is they want to discover, and to join with them on their path to healing, recovery, or enhanced self-awareness.

What you can expect from me

My hope is that clients leave sessions feeling empowered and reminded or affirmed in their identities, their potential, and they are uplifted as they work towards their goals.
