Great to meet you!

Hola! I'm happy that you're here looking for the support you deserve. I use an integrative approach to incorporate various therapeutic modalities to meet your unique needs. I have an extensive history of working with trauma, depression, life transitions, cultural identity issues, self esteem building and relationship issues.

My approach to therapy

Everyone's needs are unique, and I strive to work collaboratively with my clients to develop trust and a positive therapeutic relationship. Some of my approaches include elements of expressive arts therapy, DBT, mindfulness, narrative therapy and client-centered therapy. I also have an overarching trauma-informed approach. I am also consistently implementing cultural sensitivity and am always open to discussing how this may come to play in our sessions.

What you can expect from me

I hope that through our work together that you find a renewed sense of wellbeing through self acceptance and living authentically.
