Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Massachusetts and a graduate of the Simmons School of Social Work, with an additional Master of Science in Developmental Disabilities from Nova Southeastern University. I am also a registered yoga teacher (RYT-200). I have several years of experience working with children, adolescents, individuals, and families, and I tailor treatment to each person’s values, culture, beliefs, and available supports.

My approach to therapy

My approach is trauma-informed and strengths-based, supporting individuals with neurodevelopmental disabilities, ADHD, anxiety, depression, recent life stressors, and trauma histories. I value adaptability and harmonize interventions based on each unique individual. Some interventions include: EMDR, CBT, and DBT, alongside integrative practices such as creativity, mindfulness, breathwork, yoga, body-based awareness, and journaling.

What you can expect from me

My intention is to provide you a safe space to explore and accept your unique self by navigating life struggles and healing and growing from emotional pain. I can help you foster confidence challenge old negative beliefs and gain skills to manage struggles that may come up in the future.
