Great to meet you!

Greetings! My name is Caitlin Herb, and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with over a decade of experience in assisting individuals through a diverse array of life challenges. I obtained my Master of Arts in Community Counseling from Alvernia University in 2014. While I work with clients of all ages, my areas of specialization include adolescents, young adults, and maternal mental health. I am dedicated to fostering a supportive environment for all those I work with.

My approach to therapy

I hold formal training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT.) Clients often describe me as approachable and relatable, and I strive to create a space where sharing my humanity fosters a supportive and empathetic environment. I recognize the importance of balancing seriousness with moments of laughter and light-heartedness, as both are essential to navigating the therapeutic journey.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a compassionate approach that thoughtfully integrates evidence-based practices tailored to fit their unique personalities. My goal is for clients to leave our sessions feeling uplifted and clear-minded. I also strive to create a supportive environment where everyone can express themselves openly. Additionally, I aim to make the therapeutic journey engaging and enjoyable, recognizing that this process can be both challenging and rewarding.
