Welcome! Let me introduce myself! I'm Caitlin--I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor awarded by the North Carolina Board of Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselors (License #17602). Additionally, I am a licensed Clinical Addictions Specialist Associate awarded by the NC Addictions Specialist Professional Practice Board (License #LCAS-28579). I have a background in private practice, child advocacy, and school based therapy services.

I am an expert in the field of clinical mental health and I currently work with teens, young adults, adults, and seniors. I have specialized training in treating a plethora of mental health issues including but not limited to: anxiety, depression, life transitions, work stress, and relationship issues.

Therapy is all about growth for an individual. Growth can sometimes be a scary thing. Oftentimes, growth feels like staring into the darkness with the expectation of walking forward without falling.
