Great to meet you!

Finding a safe place to feel heard without judgment is hard. It’s even harder asking for help while feeling vulnerable. Asking for help in crisis or while feeling vulnerable is courageous. I’ve worked with individuals and families for the last nine years navigating life’s challenges and collaboratively working through the feelings behind those challenges.

My approach to therapy

I believe in a strengths-based approach to therapy. I also believe therapy has to be catered to the individual’s needs. I also feel like the individual knows what works for them and sometimes they just need someone to help draw it out.

What you can expect from me

The expectation for the first session is for discussion of past experiences and current problems, expectations in therapy and from therapist to client, and collaborative treatment planning.
