Great to meet you!

As a counselor, board certified art therapist, and registered yoga teacher, I utilize an integrative and trauma-informed approach to therapy. My goal is to help my clients feel safe in their physical body through grounding and containment exercises, art making, and/or talk/psycho-therapy.

I have higher level of care experience for eating disorders and I am certified as an eating disorder specialist (CEDS) by the International Association of Eating Disorder Professionals (IAEDP).

A bit about my approach to therapy

My style is an integrative one. I offer mindfulness/yoga, application of poly-vagal theory, can use art therapy, and CBT. This means not only taking a look at your unique life experiences, but also learning new ways to cope and ultimately thrive.

What you can expect from our first session

My goal is for my clients to feel connected to their own sense of intuition, body wisdom, and be able to safely feel feelings, set boundaries, and self regulate.
