Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with over 10 years of experience supporting children, adolescents, and adults through life's challenges. My work is rooted in creating a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel safe to be themselves.

I specialize in trauma, grief and loss, anxiety, depression, life transitions, and helping individuals navigate the impact of difficult life experiences. In addition to my clinical training, my personal experiences have shaped my understanding of resilience, healing, and the importance of meaningful connection.

Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply looking for support and growth, I am committed to helping you build on your strengths and move toward a life that feels more aligned, connected, and fulfilling.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy is most effective when it feels like a genuine partnership. My approach is warm, collaborative, and empowering, creating a space where clients feel safe, supported, and understood while also being encouraged to grow.

I work from a trauma-informed and strengths-based perspective, helping clients better understand their experiences, build resilience, and develop practical tools for navigating life's challenges. I draw from evidence-based approaches including EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and attachment-focused work, tailoring treatment to each individual's unique needs and goals.

Whether you are working through trauma, grief, anxiety, depression, life transitions, or relationship challenges, my goal is to help you gain insight, foster healing, and create meaningful, lasting change.

What you can expect from me

Starting therapy can feel vulnerable, and my goal is to make the first session feel as comfortable and welcoming as possible. Our initial session is an opportunity for me to learn about you, your experiences, and what brings you to therapy, while also giving you the chance to ask questions and determine whether I am the right fit for your needs.

Together, we will explore your current concerns, discuss your goals, and begin identifying areas where you would like support. While every client's journey is different, many people leave the first session feeling heard, understood, and hopeful about the path ahead.

Above all, you can expect a warm, nonjudgmental environment where you can show up exactly as you are.
