Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Caitlin! I offer flexible scheduling (evenings & weekends) and affordable Christian virtual counseling for children-adults. I’m also working toward EMDR certification. I’m glad you’re here! Reaching out for support takes courage, and you’ve already taken an important first step.

I am a dual-credentialed Clinical Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC) and an Independent Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) for over 8 years. I have experience working with children and teens (along with supporting parents), young adults, people with disabilities, and women.

I believe in caring for the whole person through mind, body, and spirit. I also offer Christian counseling upon request, allowing faith and the Holy Spirit to guide our time together.

It would be an honor to walk alongside you. Wherever you are in your journey, you don’t have to go through it alone.

Warmly, Caitlin :)

My approach to therapy

Drawing from a Christian perspective, I meet clients where they are and tailor treatment to meet their unique needs.

I use evidence-based methods that I've received training in such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), along with creative approaches like play and art expression modalities. My hope is to help clients process emotions, build coping skills, and find healing tools.

My experience is working with those struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and school concerns. I offer both traditional and faith-based counseling. My style is holistic and collaborative, focusing on care for the whole person with taking care of mental, physical, and spiritual health.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, we will be completing the intake process to see what brings you to counseling. I want make sure we are a good fit as collaboration and trust with your therapist is a big component of healing. In our work together, you can expect to gain practical tools for managing emotions, a deeper understanding of yourself, and greater confidence in navigating life’s challenges. My goal is for you to leave each session feeling supported, confident in using your tools, and encouraged in your growth.

Wherever you are on your journey, you don’t have to walk it alone. It would be an honor to hear your story and support you.
