Great to meet you!

Hi! As a licensed clinical social worker, I believe mental health can impact all areas of life, whether it's going well or not. I'm glad you have come here to get the support you need today. I have experience working in various areas in both outpatient therapy and residential care settings. I have experience working with those who are living with substance use and their loved ones, as well as with anxiety, depression, ADHD, and other mental health concerns.

My approach to therapy

Everyone has a unique journey to their lives, and I can't wait to be in the passenger seat with you. You can expect some frank questions, empathy, transparency, accountability, and honesty. I have found these are the best ways to build trusting relationships between the therapist and the individual.

What you can expect from me

First order of business is to complete the introductory session to make sure we are a good fit. I hope we are. Together, we will find out what you want to get out of therapy and what I can do to support you. Guess what? If you don't know, we can navigate this together. You can expect a warm response, a bit of humor, and a supportive environment while we learn more about you. The goal is always for you to feel safe when meeting with me, whatever that means for you.
