Great to meet you!

I help highly sensitive, empathetic people heal from childhood trauma, emotional neglect, and the effects of growing up with emotionally immature parents. If you’ve spent years feeling overwhelmed, masking, people-pleasing, or disconnected from yourself, therapy can help you reconnect with who you truly are. Using trauma-informed EMDR therapy and a compassionate, neurodivergent-affirming approach, I support clients in building self-trust and moving beyond survival mode.

My approach to therapy

I use a mix of evidence-based tools like mindfulness, somatic practices, and practical coping strategies to help you manage the very real challenges of daily life - whether that’s emotional overwhelm, sensory sensitivity, or the constant pressure to hold it all together. I also use EMDR to gently work through the deeper wounds tied to masking, feeling misunderstood, or having to shrink parts of yourself to fit in. It’s a process of both coping with the now and healing the past, so you can feel more at home in who you are.

What you can expect from me

In your first session, you will be met with compassionate curiosity, where you will he heard and understood - not judged or criticized. You’ll leave with a few practical tools you can begin using right away to feel more grounded, supported, and steady in a world that often feels messy and chaotic.
