Great to meet you!

Welcome! I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with a master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling and advanced training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Internal Family Systems (IFS). I work with children, teens, adults, couples, and families navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, addiction, eating disorders, relationship challenges, parenting stress, and difficult life transitions. I genuinely love helping people better understand themselves, recognize their strengths, and feel more hopeful and confident moving forward.

My approach to therapy

I believe the best therapy happens when you feel genuinely comfortable, understood, and supported while also being encouraged to grow. My approach is warm, collaborative, and personalized to you, using DBT, IFS, mindfulness, motivational interviewing, and solution-focused therapy. Together, we will explore what may be keeping you stuck, build practical skills, strengthen relationships, and create meaningful changes that carry into your everyday life.

What you can expect from me

Starting therapy can feel overwhelming, so our first session is about helping you feel comfortable, understood, and supported. You do not need to know exactly what to say or have everything figured out before you arrive. We will explore what is happening in your life, identify your strengths and goals, and begin creating a path forward together. My goal is for you to leave each session with practical tools and new insights you can use in everyday life, while feeling more confident, empowered, and connected to yourself and your emotions.
