Great to meet you!

I am a clinical social worker in Austin, Texas. I specialize in working with children, teens, and young adults around life changes, anxiety, depression, and relationship issues. I believe strongly in providing unwavering support for my clients and know that they have the capacity for change within themselves.

My approach to therapy

I support clients in cultivating healthier thought patterns, behaviors, and relationships through utilizing dialectical behavioral therapy skills, acceptance and commitment skills, and person-in-environment theory.

What you can expect from me

I think goal setting is best when it’s a collaborative approach! I enjoy talking about goals with clients and really get excited thinking about what can change for them in their lives. I do think of goal setting as a living, flexible document, but see accomplishing those goals as an important part of treatment!
