Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in California, specializing in working with tweens, teens, and their families. I also specialize in working with young adults, college students, and young professionals navigating life transitions. I hold a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from Dominican University and have experience in both private practice and school-based settings, giving me a broad understanding of the challenges young people face at home and at school. I support clients navigating anxiety, stress, emotional regulation, school-related concerns, and family dynamics, as well as more complex issues like self-harm, substance use, and significant mood changes.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, practical, and rooted in evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT, and mindfulness. I strive to create a warm, nonjudgmental space where clients feel understood while also building the insight, coping skills, and confidence needed for meaningful, lasting change.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect the first session to focus on getting to know each other and building a sense of comfort and trust. We’ll talk about what’s bringing you in, what you’re hoping to get out of therapy, and any questions you may have about the process. This initial meeting is also an opportunity to see if it feels like the right fit, because therapy isn’t one-size-fits-all, and having a strong connection with your therapist is an important part of meaningful progress.
