Welcome! I am a Social Worker (LCSW & LCADC) with over 19 years of experience, and I absolutely love what I do! I specialize in providing care for those experiencing depression, anxiety, mood related concerns, life transitions, recovering from substance use disorders, or symptoms relating to trauma. . My goal is to support you in feeling comfortable, safe, and open to explore the opportunities for growth, healing and personal wellness.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I have a relational approach to therapy. I utilize Mindfulness Based Practices in conjunction with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing and Experiential Therapies. Together we will establish a personalized plan that best supports you in achieving your goals and desired outcomes.
