Great to meet you!

I am passionate about supporting moms through the challenges of pregnancy, postpartum, and beyond. Following a Bachelor’s from Washington State University and a Master’s in Counseling from Grand Canyon University, I later attained specialized training in Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders (PMADs). I bring expertise in Brainspotting, a powerful tool for working through trauma. My goal is to walk alongside you, offering practical support using a trauma informed attachment based approach.

My approach to therapy

Your goal is my goal. If you want to accomplish specific goals, we’ll make a plan to do just that. If you want to dig deep and find the root of things, I’m here for it. My approach is to meet you where you’re at and figure out where you want to be.

What you can expect from me

After we meet it’s likely that you’ll feel seen and validated, as well as challenged and empowered. A little perspective shift goes a long way.
