Great to meet you!

I specialize in supporting teens through adults navigating depression, anxiety, ADHD, PTSD, family dynamics, chronic illness, and life transitions. I’m a trauma-informed therapist who adapts my approach to meet the needs of neurodivergent individuals and those living with chronic pain. My goal is to offer a space where you feel safe, supported, and truly understood — wherever you're at in your journey.

My approach to therapy

My therapy style is eclectic and flexible. I blend cognitive and attachment-based approaches to create a space where you can show up as you are. Whether we’re exploring deep emotions or building practical tools, I tailor each session to what you need in the moment. I believe therapy should feel like a conversation — one grounded in curiosity, trust, and real-life strategies that fit into your world.

What you can expect from me

Each session will look a little different. Some days, you might leave with new insight or a fresh perspective; other days, it might be about holding space for hard emotions or grief. No matter what, you can expect a therapist who shows up consistently, listens deeply, and supports you through the highs and lows. My aim is to walk alongside you as you build more confidence, clarity, and connection in your life.
