Great to meet you!

I work with individuals who may appear high-functioning externally but feel overwhelmed, burned out, or stuck internally. I also like working with teens and adults who are looking to become more confident in their ability to respond to a variety of common--but often stressful--life experiences.

I take a trauma-informed, collaborative approach that integrates evidence-based strategies with an understanding of each client’s lived experience.

My approach to therapy

My style is warm, calm, and practical. I focus on building insight, coping skills, and sustainable strategies that support both emotional well-being and day-to-day functioning.

My work draws from cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), strengths-based approaches, and psychoeducation. I also integrate mindfulness and skills-based strategies when helpful. Therapy is collaborative and paced to your needs—there’s no pressure to fit into a rigid model.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll talk about what brings you to therapy, what you’re hoping for, and what feels most important to address right now. I’ll ask some questions to better understand your experiences, but there’s no pressure to share everything at once.
