Great to meet you!

I am a licensed mental health counselor, who specializes in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, while integrating mindfulness and other evidence based techniques to help you navigate the discovery of your best self. I have experience working with individuals who have difficulty adjusting to life events and stage of life changes, as well as anxiety, depression, and substance use.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My goal is to help clients feel heard, by offering a safe space to explore their feelings and emotions related to life's stressors. I work with clients to review how their thoughts, feelings, emotions, and behaviors may relate to one another, all while learning new coping skills to use when distress arises.

What you can expect from our first session

Being vulnerable talking about life's challenges can be really hard. Recognizing the benefits that mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual wellness can offer, I'd like to help you work through personal obstacles, offering a safe space to explore your inner self and feel validated. Let's work together to identify positive ways to cope with every day stressors, all while reinforcing your personal strengths, and promoting overall wellness.
