Great to meet you!

I work with children, teens, adults, and families navigating anxiety, ADHD, autism, and life stress. I understand how overwhelming things can feel, and I provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space to work through it. My style is warm, direct, and solution-focused. Therapy with me is not just about talking—it’s about learning practical tools and strategies you can actually use in your daily life. I also work closely with families to improve communication, build structure, and create real, lasting change at home.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative and goal-oriented. We will work together to understand what’s going on and create a clear plan for moving forward. I use evidence-based approaches like CBT, along with practical and strengths-based strategies. I tailor sessions to each client and focus on building skills you can use outside of therapy.

I’m supportive and validating, while also helping you stay accountable and make meaningful progress.

What you can expect from me

The first session is focused on getting to know you and understanding what brought you to therapy. We’ll talk through your concerns, background, and goals in a comfortable, low-pressure way. You don’t have to share everything at once—we’ll go at your pace.

By the end, we’ll identify next steps so you leave feeling supported and with a clear direction moving forward.
