Great to meet you!

Counseling can feel scary in the beginning but I pride myself on being open, present, and welcoming. If you are ready to take the risk, I would be honored to travel with you on your journey. Armed with extensive training in multiple therapies, I can help you move past the barriers of self doubt and into the life you dream of having. I specialize in working with teenagers and adults who are struggling with anxiety, depression, grief, and trauma. As a therapist with years’ of experience, I strive to provide a safe, accepting and non-judgmental space where you will feel seen, heard and whole.

My approach to therapy

My passion is to help people reconnect with their strength and find the courage to heal. In this supportive environment we build together, you will find it easier to develop a different kind of relationship with yourself and with the world around you. My main goal is to help you find the tools to overcome or manage your presenting concerns.

What you can expect from me

Making the decision to begin therapy can be difficult, so to ease the process, I offer night and weekend hours. I look forward to meeting you & would be honored to assist you in reclaiming your power, your strength, and your self of sense, especially in this difficult time.
