Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) with a Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I bring over six years of healthcare leadership experience overseeing multiple inpatient mental health and addiction treatment programs, along with several years of direct clinical care. Throughout my career, I have worked with individuals experiencing substance use disorders, trauma, depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and schizophrenia. I believe that every person is unique, and I tailor my approach to each client's individual needs, strengths, and goals. My priority is to provide a supportive, compassionate, and collaborative environment where you feel heard, understood, and empowered as we work together toward lasting healing and growth.

My approach to therapy

I believe that healing happens through a compassionate, collaborative relationship where you feel heard, understood, and supported. My approach is warm, attentive, and empathetic, and I strive to create a safe space where you can openly navigate life's challenges without judgment. I take a holistic view of mental health, recognizing the important connection between the mind and body, and I incorporate practical, evidence-based strategies that support overall well-being. With over six years of healthcare leadership experience and many years providing direct clinical care, I bring both clinical expertise and a broad understanding of the healthcare system. Most importantly, I genuinely care about my clients and make every effort to understand their experiences from their perspective as we work together toward meaningful, lasting change. Whether you're experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, relationship challenges, or simply feeling stuck, I'm here to help you build practical skills, discover your strengths, and move toward the life you want.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, we'll spend time getting to know each other and exploring what has brought you to therapy. I'll work to understand your current challenges, identify what's going well and what feels difficult, and learn more about your strengths, goals, and hopes for treatment. Together, we'll begin developing a personalized treatment plan that reflects what mental wellness looks like for you and outlines how we can work collaboratively to help you achieve meaningful, lasting progress.
