I am a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner with a Master’s in Psychiatric and Mental Health Nursing from Stony Brook University and diverse experience across various settings, including the psychiatric emergency room, outpatient clinics, and long-term care facilities. This breadth of experience has shaped my holistic and individualized approach to patient care. I take a thoughtful and conservative approach to psychopharmacology, recognizing that each person has unique needs and deserves personalized treatment.

I firmly believe that every patient deserves to feel empowered in their journey toward better health, and my mission is to provide the most up-to-date, evidence-based care within a compassionate setting. I am deeply committed to my ongoing professional development to ensure the highest quality of care, while also working to reduce stigma.

Your first session will be a comprehensive assessment of any current symptoms as well as your past history from a wide lens taking the psychosocial elements of your mental health into account.
