Great to meet you!

I believe one of the bravest things you can do is begin to understand your own story. Healing starts when you make sense of your experiences, recognize your strengths, and create a path forward that aligns with the life you want to live. I would be honored to walk alongside you as you explore your story, overcome obstacles, and build a life that feels meaningful and fulfilling.

I work with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, life transitions, and substance use concerns. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and personalized to your unique needs, goals, and experiences. Drawing from evidence-based therapies including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, mindfulness-based interventions, Motivational Interviewing, and EMDR, I help clients develop practical tools while addressing the deeper patterns that may be keeping them stuck.

My approach to therapy

I believe that genuine connection is one of the most powerful catalysts for change. I will create a comfortable and trusting environment because meaningful growth happens when you feel safe, supported, and understood. Together, we will navigate the difficult moments, celebrate your progress, and help you become your healthiest, most authentic version. I specialize in treating addiction, trauma and PTSD, grief, anxiety, depression, codependency, substance and alcohol use, dual diagnosis, emotional regulation difficulties, family conflict, divorce, life transitions, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), personality disorders, relationship and peer concerns, low self-esteem, self-harm, sexual abuse, stress, women’s issues, and challenges with coping skills and emotional well-being.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, we will complete a comprehensive intake to better understand your history, current concerns, and goals for therapy. We will focus on establishing a trusting and supportive therapeutic relationship while working collaboratively to develop a personalized treatment plan that meets your unique needs.
