Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and have experience and training in a variety of areas including anxiety, trauma, somatic EMDR, brainspotting, sex therapy, and CNM relationships. I love to help clients work on the issues most important to them and to talk about those things that you may not be able to with anyone else. I serve adults age 18 and older and focus on LGBTQ+, sexual issues, complex trauma, and the transition to parenthood.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I am holistic and affirmative in my approach to therapy. I use a variety of modalities tailored to each client's individual needs. Some of these may include acceptance and commitment therapy, somatic psychology, cognitive behavioral therapy, brainspotting, and somatic EMDR. I am strengths-based and client-centered.

What you can expect from our first session

Each session is different, but together we will create and work towards the goals you have for therapy. At the end of each session we will discuss takeaways and next steps. You can always expect a follow-up email from me with any resources or "homework" discussed during session.
