Great to meet you!

Sometimes the hardest part of life isn't knowing what needs to change, but figuring out where to begin. As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I am dedicated to helping individuals prioritize their mental health and develop healthier, more fulfilling lives. Reaching out for support can take courage, and I strive to create a safe, welcoming, and judgment-free space where you can feel comfortable being yourself. I believe that mental health is an essential part of overall well-being and deserves the same attention and care as physical health. Over 5 years of practice, I've had the chance to support a wide range of clients, including female clients working through self-esteem and identity concerns, and people from diverse cultural and ethnic backgrounds who want a therapist who understands their lived experience. Whatever brought you here, whether its anxiety, depression, trauma, stress or relationship issues - my hope is that our work together helps you feel seen, heard, and supported as you build the life you want.

My approach to therapy

I work with individuals experiencing a variety of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, life transitions, relationship challenges, self-esteem and identity concerns, and difficulties with coping and emotional well-being. I recognize that everyone's experiences are unique, and I believe counseling should be tailored to the individual rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach. My approach draws on person-centered and cognitive-behavioral techniques, and I bring a trauma-informed lens to every session.

What you can expect from me

My goal is to meet you where you are, listen with compassion, and work alongside you to better understand what you’re experiencing. I always begin with an introductory session, which provides an opportunity for me to learn more about you, understand the concerns that brought you to counseling, and gain a better understanding of your current needs and experiences. Together, we can identify your strengths, develop practical coping strategies, and work toward meaningful changes that support your overall well-being.
