Great to meet you!

Hi! I'm Cal. As an integrative therapist I bring a holistic approach to care and focus on deep self compassion and the mind body connection. I believe mental wellness is a lifelong journey and I am honored to help you re-connect to and better understand your truest self. I have 15 years of experience working in crisis intervention and as a psychotherapist. When I am not connecting from behind the screen you can find me hiking, doing yoga, inventing new recipes, or chasing my 2 wild toddlers!

A bit about my approach to therapy

My practice combines evidence based techniques with a warm, authentic therapeutic relationship. I understands that each individual has a unique and nuanced history and with a sincere sense of curiosity, I seek to understand these complexities and uncover the strengths that already exist within us. Using a trauma informed, client centered, and somatic based approach I help clients uncover intrinsic self worth and find deeper meaning, peace, and purpose in their lives.

What you can expect from our first session

I help client's to set realistic, achievable goals that are true to their lived experiences and current realities. You can expect me to use an emphatic and direct approach to empower you to live your life from the driver's seat and with a greater sense of calm and joy. I will tailor my approach to your specific needs and it is my mission that you leave my care with a deeper sense of self awareness and self gratitude.
