Great to meet you!

I bring a unique perspective to therapy, having spent over seven years working as a medical expert before transitioning into mental health. My passion for wellness and personal growth led me to help individuals navigate life's challenges with greater self-awareness, resilience, and purpose.

I believe that while our past experiences shape us, they do not have to define us. Each person has the ability to create new meaning from difficult experiences and move toward a future that aligns with their values and goals. My role is to provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients can explore their story, gain insight, and discover their own path forward.

My approach to therapy

The first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and begin building a strong therapeutic relationship. I create a warm, welcoming environment where you can share your concerns at your own pace without pressure or judgment.

Together, we will explore what brings you to therapy, discuss your goals, and identify areas of your life you would like to improve. My focus is on understanding your unique experiences and helping you feel heard, understood, and supported from the very beginning.

What you can expect from me

My approach is collaborative, patient-centered, and rooted in the belief that clients are the experts in their own lives. Rather than directing the conversation immediately, I encourage clients to lead the exploration of their experiences, relationships, values, and personal meaning.

I draw from Narrative Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients better understand the stories they tell themselves, challenge unhelpful thought patterns, and develop healthier ways of coping. Together, we explore how past experiences have shaped current beliefs while recognizing that growth and change are always possible. My goal is to help clients create a more adaptive, empowered understanding of themselves and their future.
